How are you? Well, I thought I'd better let you know how your advice affected our foster dog - in one word - "fabulous"! He seemed to overcome his fear of men according to his new owners, as well as his fear of hands - he doesn't cower (is that the correct spelling) anymore and turned out to be a well rounded, trusting, and loving dog. He was adopted to a couple that has an older doxie and the two males seemed to have bonded and he's doing well after going through another adjustment period of being with new people. The husband is the primary caretaker as you recommended and all is well at this point. Thanks so much for contributing to the enhancement of this little guy's life! As a result of your input, he was able to work through his past baggage and become balanced so his new owners could embrace him. You have taught all of us (myself, husband, rescuer, new parents, etc.) alot about dog behavior. I deeply appreciate the time you have invested. The new owners did ask for your name so you might hear from them some day. Also, someone from the Chicagoland Dachshund Lovers group was looking for a trainer recommendation and I posted your name, website, and number for all 200 members to see. I still have a running list of things I'd like to work on with my dogs. I'm just too busy right now. So you'll be hearing again from me soon. Thanks again for all your help! Sandy Remijas
The re-training of myself to better understand my dog and her behaviors was my most rewarding experience yet in dog ownership. Kristen has a natural ability to read owners and their dogs. She can pick up on the smallest clues to help both dog and owner get in touch with each other to develop a wonderful relationship. Whether it is a puppy class or an advanced learning class, Kristen gives plenty of guidance and help in achieving a positive goal. Many successful adoptions have passed through my hands due to the expertise of Kristen.

Thanks for a great time. I hope that my students learn as much from me as I’ve learned from you over the past 2 months. Maria D Avegerinou Ph.D., O.E.T School of Education DePaul University
We wanted you to know that we think you’re the best doggie trainer ever. (Our Mom told us so). Thanks for being there for all the doggies and their humans. You’re Great! Love, Sammy and Abby (Rene Krolo)
